Reflection:
From my point of view, I think this quotes means that’s there is ALWAYS a time
in which you can do good things. For example, you see a handicapped person or a
senior citizen walking across the street; it may not look like they need help
but atleast offer your help. When you see a random person carrying something
huge and they seem to be having trouble, you help them because it’s the right
thing.
